the place is older than i expected it. it requires a refurbishment. my room smelled a old and stuffy. the hallway smelled too strong of urine, was a bad experince.

The location was convenient, situated near the main station for trams, trains, and buses. The reception staff was helpful and available at all times which was great. The hotel provided free tea and coffee facilities right in the room.
The room and bathroom were not particularly clean. The bath needed a good scrub in some areas. There was also dust on the wide ledge behind the beds.

I appreciated the complimentary pastries provided. A nice touch. There are also excellent cafes nearby such as the Honeycomb tea rooms for anyone seeking a hearty breakfast. I definitely recommend it!

The hotel boasts a fantastic location. Only two minutes from Haymarket station. It is also only ten minutes from Edinburgh Waverley so it's ideal. Shops, cafés, restaurants, and landmarks are nearby, yet the area is quiet.

The hotel's location is AMAZING!!! It is very close to the city center and right at the train station. Buses to the airport also stop nearby, so it is convenient. Lots of restaurants were nearby too.

The hotel's location was really convenient, near Haymarket station. I easily walked to main attractions. The staff assisted with my luggage, I really appreciate that. The room was indeed clean and the bed proved quite comfy for my stay.
The bathroom fixtures seemed rather outdated. The shower temperature fluctuated a bit, that was annoying.

The location offered easy access to Haymarket train station. The staff were friendly and helpful . The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious. I felt the stay offered good value.
The hotel was somewhat worn and could benefit from updates. The bathroom lacked a door handle on the inside, and my partner had to close it from the outside. The carpet in the hallway had a bad smell, and an open cupboard was full of rubbish.
